BioWare has released the announcement trailer for Awakening, the first expansion for Dragon Age: Origins.

The video is below the break, courtesy of GameSpot, and hopefully it will tide you over until the expansion’s March release.

Bioware/EA need to CALM DOWN!

First they release two lacklustre dlc packs for Mass Effect and now they release far too many dlc packs for Dragon Age.

The game is already 100s of hours of entertainment… Day one dlc, packed in dlc and dlc a couple of months after release is ridiculous!

Considering that the game, on its own, is already incredibly dense and long, alongside having probably the most diversely structured story of any BioWare game ever created… you can hardly complain.

It’s not like you’re being forced to buy it. Think of it as a mini-sequel if you have to.

THERE IS TOO MUCH CONTENT IN THIS GAME, I DEMAND THEY REMOVE SOME.

Lol, now you put it like it does make what I said seem unreasonable.

I suppose i’m just a bit overwhelmed by the main game so far… all this extra content seems way too much for me =(.

Wow have people been so diluted with the 10 hour crap games that they forget that 10 years ago games were known for their length. ALready seeing people whine about Disc swapping with ME 2.
