Aion glitch makes players instant trillionaires
Aion players on the Azphel server were given 30 trillion Kinah yesterday, as a game bug caused money sacks to overflow with in-game cash.
In turn, the game’s economy went through the roof, causing programmers to take the server down for emergency maintenance.
While a rollback – unsurprisingly – is set to go live any time, a few “additional bugs” that are causing instability issues within the economy were found, so it may take a bit longer before the server is up and running again.
Meanwhile, enjoy your short-lived riches folks: it’ll go bye-bye soon.
