Consumers are downloading games at £40 - which is simply a joke for such crap titles like Modern Warfare 2. And as for their customer support and service, it is shocking. Recently KOTOR was on sale for £1.74 - not much money but for the majority, it didnt work on Windows 7 - so the community had to rally round to conjure up work-a-rounds. /sigh It might be too little too late but someone has to muscle in on Steams crazy pricing.
