Time Magazine has gone “Top 10″ mental and has issed loads of lists on its website – but only one should be near and dear to your heart.
That would be the list of the top 10 videogames of 2009. Whether or not you agree with the list is entirely a matter of opinion, but here it is anyway:
Top 10 Video Games
- Modern Warfare 2
- Batman: Arkham Asylum
- DJ Hero
- Borderlands
- New Super Mario Bros. Wii
- Geo-Defense Swarm
- Scribblenauts
- Halo: ODST
- Assassin’s Creed 2
- Uncharted 2
If you thought anything else would be listed as number one, you are in denial and we pity you.

The worst listing, though, is under top animal stories and it’s called: Jessica Simpson’s Dog Becomes a Coyote’s Bitch.

Because there is no way UC2 is the worse of a list which contains a TDF game, Modern Warfare 2 (as good as it may be) and Scribblenauts.
Same for Assassin’s Creed II.

Also, weren’t pretty much all these games released within the last 4 months? Don’t Time Mag. register Jan-July as being part of 2009?
They’re probably trying to include loads of different genres into their Top 10 so that it looks like they know what they’re talking about. Why not throw in TH:RIDE while ur at it…..
