EA bringing Dragon’s Lair to iPhone this month

EA’s releasing 1983′s Dragon’s Lair on iPhone this month.

It will feature an “arcade mode”, which is the original presentation of the game, along with a “home mode” that contains extra goodies not included in the original version.

Joystiq has a few pics of it through here, and says that a DSiWare version on the way but EA is not involved with that particular one.

Day one purchase for me even if the game is expensive on the iPhone.

I spent insane amounts of money on “Dragon’s Lair” back in ’83 in the arcades. I was totally addicted! Still never managed to save the princess …. :(

The laser-disc graphics of this game were so ahead of it’s time.
