Take-Two has, apparently, delayed the release of an “unnamed AAA title” according to its Q4 fiscal call to investors.
CEO Ben Feder would not comment on what the game is, what it entails, or what the hell it’s related to.
Just so you know that there’s one out there, only you can’t have it yet.
Start speculating now.

I bet they were gonna put the DLC out Q4. But for whatever reason they pushed it back. They were just talking about how the DLC so profitable. That way they’re sure to make some “doe” Q1 2010.

Its not Bioshock 2, not with the way they have been advertising the game. Plus it was supposed to be released last month but since a certain game was being released that month they pushed it to February. Its a game that has yet seen any form of advertising.
