Estavillo subpoenas Bill Gates in RROD case

billgates

Lawsuit legend Erik Estavillo – who recently decided to subpoena Winona Ryder and Depeche Mode’s Martin Gore in a WoW case – is now planning to subpoena Bill Gates in a RROD suit he filed earlier this month.

The subpoena instructs Gates to bring “documents pertaining to the true and relative number of actual Xbox 360 units that have been fixed by Microsoft over the past 3 years.”

Should be exciting. More on GP.

Cool; yes. Realistic; not in the slightest.

Not this guy again.
I’m gonna sue VG247 for bringing this guy to my attention, thus harming my delicate hating the world/not hating the world balance.

Yup, and even if he did, this would still never happen.

Gates left in the middle of 2008, so at best he’s only going to have knowledge of RRODs up to that point. He’s just on the list of subpoenas to grab headlines.

i think bill gate has a honorific title at microsoft but im not sure. But at the end i think the guy sue him just because he is bill gate and he’s “the man” behind microsoft.
