Alderaan announced as a playable planet in SWTOR
Bioware has revealed on the official Star Wars: The Old Republic website that Alderaan will be a playable planet.
No, you don’t play as the planet silly, you play on it.
Here’s the description:
Ever wonder what happened on Alderaan before the Death Star reduced it to an asteroid field? Now you can see it for yourself! We are excited to announce Alderaan – a planet famed for its natural beauty – as the next playable planet in The Old Republic! For thousands of years this planet has been a shining example of peace and diplomacy, but now a bloody civil war threatens the legacy, and the very future of Alderaan.
The HoloNet records have been updated, and cite the civil war consuming the planet, along with other things you need to know – as if you didn’t know already that it was Princess Leia’s home.
Funnily enough, it looks like Earth.

Who wants to go to Alderaan? They have no weapons and are pacifists. Maybe you can buy a Death Star and blow it up again?

Kill ten nerfs, get a coin, go tell Hootan you killed them, Hootan has you go kill 10 more for the hides, and then he sends you to Marrianonan who wants you to go tell Bastid that she wants a soup recipe who says you must kill ten nerfs for their teeth to make a necklace before he will hand it over — rinse, repeat for reputation with the Royal House of Antillies.
