Red Dead Redemption trailer hits early, date confirmed for April 27 [Update]

PlayStationPure’s carrying the Red Dead Redemption trailer titled, “I am John Martson”. Watch it right now.

This looks absolutely fucking brilliant. It’s Eastwood’s spaghetti westerns in a game. The date’s confirmed at the end for April 27.

Go go go. This wasn’t supposed to be released until next week, so don’t be amazed if it gets yanked.

Just wow

And without a doubt the lone riding parts at the start are complete flashbacks to Shadow of the Colossus to me.

As soon as the action kicks off it’s gone, but while it lasts it’s stunning.

I had avoided everything related to this game so far, but I got curious reading Blerk’s repeated praise and watched this trailer (thanks Bikki!)…

Now, I’m hooked. As if my pile of untouched, unloved games is ever going to get lower :?
