Black Friday looms, and never larger than at Wal-Mart’s door. Destructoid’s listing the store’s deals, which are apparently “damned solid”.
Steph’s American, so she’d know if this is true or not, but it’s Steph-night-off-Monday, so we’re assuming it is.
Here’s some of it:

- PS3 Slim + Batman: Arkam Asylum, inFamous, and Dark Knight (movie) – $299
- Xbox 360 Arcade + Madagascar 2 game and movie – $199
- Nintendo Wii Console w/ Wii Sports Resort (walmart.com only) – under $300
- Rock Band Special Edition (PS3 or Xbox 360) – $50
- Midnight Club LA – $10
- Grand Theft Auto IV – $10
- The Godfather (PS3) – $10
- NFS: Undercover (PS3) – $10
- Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 (360) – $7

GTAIV for 10$ and the Nintendo DS Lite-deal sounds pretty awesome. Too bad I live a few thousand miles from the closest Wal-Mart store.

Lol probably Hunam. I’ve never actually been in America on Black Friday but all the films, tv series and photos i’ve seen pretty much lead me to conclude that the Chuck episode was fairly accurate (although less guns in real life

Black Friday is a terrible event, people were trampled to death last year at a Walmart in one state.
But you have to also take it with a grain of salt.. Black Friday is also only REALLY bad in poor/ghetto places..
That PS3 Slim deal sounds nice since I don’t have either of those games and a fat PS3 buuuut I still can’t see myself buying a brand new PS3 even if its a good deal right now. lol

Usually the Walmart fliers come in the mail on Saturday since the sales run from Sunday to Sunday.
For some reason it didn’t this week, so I have no idea if it’s the real deal or not.
Regardless, all my shopping is being done online this year. To hell with Black Friday. I value my sanity too much.
