Command & Conquer 4 – new shots
New Command and Conquer 4 shots have just been released by EA. You can find them after the jump.
Looking at them, they look decent.
It’s a PC only affair for next year.

There doesn’t seem to be much in the way of infantry this time around.

Dull RTS if ever there was one. World in Conflict, much better – Universe at War much better – Picking nose and flicking it, much better

Be fair grimrita. If we’re going to start using such unrelated comparisons then every single game ever made would lose out to “hugging a kitten” :O
That said it looks fantastic but why does michael bay come to mind? Because C&C needs to get some goddamn depth back in it. Granted I haven’t played RA3 much at all but C&C3 was just a spam fest joke. Have a look at starcraft and errr, oh yes…C&C Generals.

No more base building + max unit cap. Not interested anymore.

It’s C&C and like Star Wars and Lego, I’ll always be interested even if the product in question is a bit crap.

Honnestly, i’m interested in seeing the end to the story but seeing as its about as far away from being a C&C game as possible i really cant be bothered supporting it by giving EA my money.
So i guess i’ll be looking at an ‘alternative’ way of getting it. Hopfully Red Alert 4 will actually have all of the elements that made C&C what is it.
