New Super Mario Bros. Wii reviews round-up

The reviews are starting to hit for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and so far the general consensous is that it’s a rather good game.
It’s Mario after all, ya know.

Good to see nintendo have added at least one more good game to the wii’s ranks.

I’ll defo be picking this up eventually.
Quite high praise from Kotaku there, and only one red section (well it’s kinda 2)

The stupid decision to only allow motions controls to initiate the cap are rather annoying and unnecessary. Always give the player the **choice** nintendo.
Yet it’s in no way a deal breaker. Game looks awesome =]

Yeah, I couldn’t understand that in SMG either. The spin move could have just as easily been mapped to a button (or combination of buttons) but instead they made me waggle it around like an idiot. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but it just wasn’t that reliable.
