Gearbox must be thrilled. That’s amazing, really.

I don’t know whats going on with PS3 owners but they need to wake up and go buy borderlands. A game like MW2 don’t deserve all the spot light this holiday season.

I think Borderlands is the real surprise there. So many people were writing it off.

I am seriously considering picking Borderlands up for 360, not because I favor that console over my gorgeous new PS3, but only because I have more friends on there to play with (grand total of 6), and two controllers in the house for it.

Borderlands.. its just a watered down RPG.. no wonder no one once it on PC… only casual people who think this is how RPG should be buy it on 360.

I’m still considering getting it for PS3, but it fell right between Uncharted 2 & MW2 for me. If I hadn’t been able to pick up MW2 so cheaply, I might have grabbed Borderlands instead.

I’d say function of the install base and that the gameplay is focused online with a team of 4 which begets xbox live.

I would normally agree if it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve seen very few people playing multiplayer on my friends list. Loads of people had it, but just about all of them were playing single-player.

I love how consistently wrong Patcher is. Is he ever called up on shit like this?

I was nearly going to pick up Borderlands the other week, but forum talk isn’t generally positive. I’m reading a lot of buyers remorse, so I’m holding off for the time being.

I like to think that people rush out and buy stuff just to prove him wrong.
