I think that gaming is dying as whole.

Now that big companies know the pc games make tons of money

they are going to want to take control of gaming.

If they call the shots they can milk “money” from gamers

It what them consoles have brought to pc gaming.

As a whole? No. But i can tell you to once again look that link up there and see that both EA and Actibliz have made more money on PS3 and 360 software then PC software. PC only catches up in Actibliz’s charts thanks to subs.

I’m not saying the charts are wrong, but 09 is incomplete. Like i said apart from the Wii the 360 has already done better then in the 2 previous year and those figures arnt taking into account the recent hike in PS3 sales since the Slim and price drop came out.

Apart from the Wii, console sales in those links are actually going up. Sony’s biggest drop in sales is for Vaio, yes the PC’s.

And losses dont mean a decline in console gaming (wheres your 360 ‘proof’ btw?), just that the hardware is more expensive to make and that Sony isnt getting their money back on it.
