		<description>I&#039;m actually excited about this.  Epic has always supported fan-made titles (Make Something Unreal Contest, anyone?), and this is just the latest extension of it.

Now independent game-makers can use the same tools to create their games that AAA devs do.  If they want to sell them, then they&#039;ll have to pay a licensing fee, but if they want to go freeware (like a mod), it&#039;s completely free. 

Heck, anyone who has the talent to mod games can now make a standalone, assuming they have the time.  Kudos, Epic.</description>
