Ubisoft knows setting for Assassins Creed III

Ubisoft's already drummed out in it's head the setting for Assassin's Creed III, according to CEO of Ubi's Montreal studio Yannis Mallat. They still aren't going to say anything though, not even a hint.

"Oh yeah," said Yallat, when he was asked if the developer knew which parts of history the next game will see.

"We know how to keep our secrets. Think about it, Assassin's Creed as a brand is definitely oriented towards reliving pivotal moments in history. So along that path we may revisit some interesting moments."

And an ending for Desmond?

"Who talked about an ending," admitted Yallat.

We haven't even had Assassin's Creed II yet, and here we are talking about ACIII. ACII is out on November 20 FYI, in case you didn't know.
