Lumines being kept off PSN by licensing issues

lumines

Lumines won't be making it to PSN any time soon. Developer Q Games said yesterday on its Twitter feed that licensing issues have created a sticky online wicket for the rhythm-action classic.

"We would love to bring Lumines/Lumines II to the PSN store," said the company, "but there are complications, music licensing, was published by Namco, etc."

There was a foll-up, however: "That said, we're obviously looking into it. :)"

Hold onto the dream, weird coloured block fans.
