Report – Transmission Games goes pop
Kotaku’s reporting that Australian developer Transmission Games has gone bust.
Administrators are now apparently in control of the company.
The developer was founded in 1996 and was most recently responsible for Ubisoft’s Heroes Over Europe and Codemasters’ Ashes Cricket 2009.
Transmission had two unannounced games in development.

yeah it did but that doesnt mean that the developer will see a penny of that. They were probably paid a set amount upon reaching milestones.
The Ashes was in development for a while. Its amazing that a developer can make a number 1 selling game, then go belly up a few months after.
The gaming industry is in a sorry state
