The ESRB has rating some PSone Classics for PS3 and PSP including Amy Hennig’s Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver.
Other titles include Bomberman Party Edition, Fighting Force, Dirt Jockey and International Track & Field.
Who cares. Legacy of Kain BABY YEAH! Okay. Sorry. We’re calm now.
No word yet on when these will hit, but we’ll see if we can any word from Sony.
Thanks, Joystiq.

sony has an arsenal of classics man just be patient

Oh I’ve been patient. Just that they announced this ESRB rating for RE2 nearly 3 months ago (http://www.vg247.com/2009/08/11/dino-crisis-re2-and-re3-all-rated-for-psn/), since then many other games have come out and I’m ITCHING……SCRATCHING…….over here! lol

Its all about getting third parties to green light their IP’s really, it wouldnt surprise me if Capcom were waiting to release RE2 round the time RE5 Directors Cut comes out.
Ofcourse Sony arnt innocent either, they’re pretty much sitting on all of their old 1st parties to, and i wont even go into the ridiculous unfairness between the US, PAL, and Japanese classic releases.

I know and i totally hear ya. All true.
Just frustrating only cause they announce it long ago and are now sitting on it (meanwhile releasing questionable “classics”).

Indeed, but then i believe you’re American. Consider youself lucky, we havnt seen Directors Cut yet or MGS, and i dont think PAL regions will be seeing the Oddworld games or Soul Reaver any time soon.
Hell, none of them have even been re-rated yet, let alone announced.
Dr.Ghettoblaster said:
Oh wow. Yeah, USA. Got the RE:DC and MGS. Sorry, I’ll shut up now.

They should release the DC version as part of that deal with Sega. The DC version was basically the same but with much better graphics.
