Ueda would like to see a ICO and Shadow of the Colossus bundle for PS3

shadowofthecolossus

Fumito Ueda has told 1UP that he would like to see ICO and Shadow of the Colossus bundled together for PS3, a la the God of War Collection.

“I always thought they were designed for PS2 and should stay there, he told the site. “But lately, I’ve been thinking it would be nice to provide the games to other platforms to reach more users.”

One can dream, we suppose. Start yelling about it and maybe it will happen.

Would be nice. Maybe they could even release a version of ICO in Europe that doesn’t have the annoying bouncing platform bit. :(

Took me some time to notice it, the idea crossed my mind so i tried but when i failed i just went off looking for another way. Up intill that point it just didnt give me the impression of a game that would have springy platforms, when i did do it i thought it was abit out of place.

Kill the jaggers, increase the FPS, remaster it to 720p and make it uncompressed. Then I’ll take both games!

So do I, Ueda, and so should Sony, they’d be stupid not to.

Having missed the PS2 (I had a gamecube… terrible really) I know how influential these games are and I would 100% wholeheartedly buy these games for PS3 on day one. Sony. Do it
