This year, ironically, I am even less expectant of Last Guardian being there!

GT5 however, when is Kazunori Yamauchi’s little thing? Isn’t it at 8:30 before the keynote?

TGS is always way overhyped.

There are bound to be a load of ‘maid’ games, though. And probably some ladies in ill-fitting costumes.

I am not all that interested in 90% of the stuff that comes out of Japan anymore anyways. Once in awhile something catches my eye though. It just isn’t like it used be once upon a time.

Issun, I got that impression from NeoGAF that Yamauchi had his own little thing at 8:30am local time.

Perhaps I misread or it was misinformation. Either way if you don’t know about it, I’d argue that it’s not happening…

Didn’t read anything about it. Still, it could happen. Yamauchi would have more time for properly presenting the game.

I hope they do show new footage for The Last Guardian since it’s there.

Sony will own Microsoft this Xmas (although CoD:MW2 will almost certainly sell more on X360).

Has anyone ever pointed out to the Kotaku reporters that live blogging is greatly enhanced by the following:

1. Bloggers should actually listen to what is said, and report it.
2. Bloggers should not waste time posting their own opinions and trying to be funny.
3. Bloggers should learn how to spell.

The Kotaku live blog largely reads like an IM session between, well, game geeks.
