Assassin’s Creed II PC slips into Q1 2010
Ubisoft’s confirmed that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed II has been pushed back to Q1 2010.
“A bit more time for the dev team to deliver the best quality game to you,” said the firm.
The console versions are scheduled to ship on November 20.
Thanks, Tymon.

Oh come on! Why are PC versions of games consistently delayed? I can’t believe that all of these developers ‘forgot’ to optimize it or something.
It’s a conspiracy I tells ya!

still, no problem. we’ll get better graphics, better controls, cheaper version, probably some new things added to the game. it would be pretty retarded to buy this for a console, but hey, if there wouldn’t be any retarded ppl around, who would we laugh at?

If they do as good a job as rocksteady did on their console raping pc version of arkham asylum then it’ll be well worth the wait.

“Console raping pc version of arkham asylum”
It just has less jaggies and more noticable lighting. Dont lie to yourself, most of the time they’re undistinguishable…

If you can’t distinguish between a PC version of a game running on high and console on the same display you need your eyes checked.

Geki can just add that to the list of things he needs checked. He’s obviously never seen Arkham at 2560×1600, there’s not even a contest and the game plays just the same on my PC with a 360 controller but looks twice as good.
…and you don’t get Microsoft raped by, well, Microsoft.
Also, with a PC you can play online without having to pay Microsoft to do it.
