Rockstar promises Agent will be “truly spectacular”
During a Q&A session on its official site, Rockstar responded to a question regarding the PS3 exclusive Agent, and if more information will be released on it this year.
Apparently not, according to the reply.
“It’s not likely we will have any more news this year,” stated a Rockstar rep, “but the game is shaping up to be something truly spectacular.”
The Q&A session was a chance for fans to submit questions regarding upcoming games from the firm.

IF this turns out to be “truly spectacular” as R* promotes, Sony will really be looking strong in 2010 with one killer app already under it’s belt (Uncharted 2).

I wonder what part they’re talking about, because I don’t know what can be spectacular that we haven’t seen before in other games, be it story, graphics, gameplay, scale, etc, etc,
It might make use of the PS motion controller or something.

Well, I do think every generation we eventually see games that surpass anything we could have previously known or imagined. Perhaps Agent will be one of those breakthrough titles. Time will tell…and I can’t wait to find out.

Those games usually come out of no-where, rather than being hyped to hell a year before their release.
