Given the lite sold what the Wii and 360 sold (roughly)… why is that in particular a big thing?

Seeing as the launch & price-cut had been long-rumoured and then confirmed over a week in advance, it’s not too surprising to see a sales spike like this.

It’s all fine achieving the spike in the first place, it’s maintaining it which is the difficult part (Matron!)

well 1000% is not that hard if it was the console was selling very little every week, than a 1000% increase over the week in with it is cheaper is not that hard.
