Treat this as rumour for now, but if a LinkedIn CV of Senior Lightning Artist at Team Bondi Carl Ross is correct, it seems that the long overdue LA Noire is slated for release on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
This is what it says on his profile:
“Team Bondi – August 2007 – Present
LA Noire – Senior Artist, Lighting.
PS3, 360, PC”
We’ll check in with Rockstar about this and see if they will bite on this one.

I thought this was rumoured to be the PS3 exclusive that turned out to be “Agent” , so once the latter was announced couldn’t see any reasons to assume this would be exclusive as well.

LA Noire was never a PS3 exclusive, it was just assumed to be at one point when word of a Rockstar-Sony deal got out, turns out now that was The Agent.
