Rumour – GTA IV PS3 Platinum edition listed on Amazon
According to a listing on Amazon.co.uk, found by PS3Hype, Grand Theft Auto IV is being added as a PS3 Platinum hit.
The retailer has it listed for £19.99 as the RRP on the site, and have it for release on October 30: a day after the release of The Ballad of Gay Tony and Episodes from Liberty City on Xbox 360.

£16.99 is the price Amazon is giving it away for.

Time frame would seem right for a budget release on both platforms, tbh. I really liked it – it’s the first GTA I ever finished.

It’s the only GTA I never enjoyed. Once I get the 360 I might have another go at it with the DLC packs. But as a GTA it just felt lacking. Would have made far more sense to release it under another non-GTA banner, then every bugger, outside the press, would have loved it.
