Batman: Arkham Asylum Nvidia PhysX PC screens and video

Would like comparison videos to me this looks the same as the Ps3 version iunno

It’s a little better, but nothing spectacular. Irrelevant to me as my card doesn’t have PhysX anyway.

It better be freakin better, this physx crap is holding me back from Batman awesomeness and my card doesn’t even support it

It does look better, shame PC software sales are so low it probably isnt worth the effort on the devs behalf…

Geki, Nvidia are giving the game away with new gpu’s, so we know someone bought a decent number of copies.

They did this with Mirrors Edge PC release too. Added details are nice, but very minute. Papers blowing around, flags tearing, more particle effects, etc. Cool, but I’d rather play it sooner on a console than later on a PC.

These physics could be done with particle effects.

Ah, ok so my card does support PhysX (it’s an 8600 GTS), however the Batman demo suggests that you need a GTX 260 or better to use PhysX with it, which confused me.

what idiots will play this game on PC?

Anyone who doesn’t own a console or prefers their PC setup..

I’ve played the demo on both PS3 and on my new GTX 295. The latter definately has significantly more oompf.

Ya, I played the PC demo then the xbox version and was staggered with the difference. It looks incredible on PC. Couldn’t wait for the PC version unfortunately and bought it on Xbox in the end.

I’ll likely be playing this on my PC. 1080p, 60fps and a 360 controller makes this a win.

I even get achievements too.

The game might run very slowly if you turn on PhysX with that card Dr.Ghettoblaster.

Arkham Asylum will be superior and the mods for this game should also be pretty cool.

my eyes hurt and that noise is gotta be the most annoying thing I have ever had to dealt with. I would have given up after that 4th time of just falling the first hop. All that dungeon crawling *shudders*

the sales for the game is only on because it cam out on console sooner. I am sure the game could have been better if there was no consoles in mind, I mean old hardware in mind.

Still the facts are the world does not play on onsoles they play on the pc.
