Standalone Wii MotionPlus sales near 1 million in Europe
Standalone sales of Wii MotionPlus are already close to 1 million in Europe, Nintendo said today.
The peripheral has been bundled with the likes of million-selling Wii Sports Report, but “separate sales” of the add-on “have exceeded 936k sales across Europe since its launch,” according to a press release issued this morning.
MotionPlus launched on June 12 in Europe.

Anyone surprised? The games that have it bundled only come with one WM+ unit, so if you want to play any of the multiplayer games that require a WM+ each then you gotta buy another one (or 3).
Incidentally Asda sell them for £17 while Game are trying to convince their customers that a £3 discount from £22.99 to £19.99 on multiple WM+ units purchased is a good deal… It’s not if I can get them for £17 elsewhere you cunts.
