New Persona 3 PSP screens and videos released

Famitsu’s put live some brand new screens as well as the first videos of the PSP port of Persona 3.

The screens are actually those from the scans revealed on Monday, but the videos are completely new.

Go get them through the link. It’s out on October 1st: day and date with the Western launch of the PSPgo. It doesn’t launch in Japan until November 1.

What!? Why have they changed the graphics? There was utterly no need to do that at all, the originals contained nothing graphically that the PSP couldn’t do. Just seems bizarre.

Looking at the screens they actually look really good, they are more detailed 2D spites than the basic 3D in the PS2 version, but still, there was not reason to change them at all. Doesn’t make sense!
