Diablo III and Starcraft II playable at GamesCom
Blizzard’s confirmed that it’s bringing Diablo III and Starcraft II to GamesCom in Cologne this week. Better yet, they’re both playable.
“We’re pleased to announce that Blizzard Entertainment will be attending gamescom 2009 in Cologne, Germany next month.”
“We look forward to welcoming old friends and new to our booth, which will feature hands-on gameplay with our upcoming games. Our booth is open to the public from Thursday 20 August until Sunday 23 August,” said a rep from the developer, answering a question on a Diablo community site.
He then went further to state:
“‘Upcoming games’ isn’t broken down to specifics, but StarCraft 2 and Diablo III are both upcoming games, so draw your own conclusions.”
So there you have it. Of course, we’ve already played Starcraft II and it’s awesome. Impressions are here. Everything else is here.

Pat left earlier this morning, roughly 11:30am.
If it makes you feel any better Gamoc, his flight got delayed.

Yeah I know, by two hours. He still gets to go though. That bastard.
If I had the money for the flight and somewhere to stay, I could’ve gone too. I knew I’d regret that.
