360 to get Twitter and Facebook “before Christmas”

Microsoft told EG today that 360 will have Twitter and Facebook functionality before the end of the year.

“It will be before Christmas,” said marketing chap James Halton.

“A lot of the background work’s been done for a lot of applications that are coming.”

So there you go. Follow us on other electronic devices in readiness for following us on your videogames consoles.

im would be interested in last.fm stuff it if it didnt have monthy fee, i have enough paying for xbox live

All this is nice, as would be direct Hulu, Joost, etc support, but i wish it had a PS3 style web browser.
I think i understand the reasons they dont have one, but it would absolutely great if it did.
