Sega announces Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll for Wii
Sega has officially announced Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll for Winter 2010.
The Wii Balance Board will be used, it’s a party game, and that is about all Sega has revealed.

Ugh… why can’t they just make a proper monkey ball again? The game was designed around an analog stick and it has never been better with anything else. This is change for change’s sake.

Still, it’s bound to be better than Banana Blitz. Or the iPhone version.
I could see Monkey Ball working well with MotionPlus, actually. Which makes this potentially a missed opportunity. Unless they include balance board Monkey Target. In which case, all is forgiven.

Why can’t I download ChuChu Rocket! for every conceivable modern platform, Sega? That should clearly be your priority.

Sounds like a good match but I doubt it’ll be BalanceBoard exclusive.
