Infinity Ward consulting on a Modern Warfare 2 controller

modernwarfare222

Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling has tweeted that the guys behind Modern Warfare 2 are consulting on a controller for the game.

Apparently, it will have either concave or convex grips for the analog stick.

Here’s the tweet:

“In a design meeting for a MW2 controller. Need your advice – Concave or Convex grips for the Analog sticks? Whats your preference and why?”

When asked about the controller, Bowling failed to give specifics, but did state that it was not being manufactured by Activision or Infinity Ward, yet both still wanted to “get the opinions of the people who will actually be using it to help settle a debate.”

You can tell Bowling which you prefer by sending a tweet to him.

Concave, surely?

Or even better – no controller at all. We have enough controllers.

That’s a thinly veiled ‘do you prefer PS3 or 360?’ question.

They’d better make it ‘mod-proof’.

For god’s sake, make the left analog sticks concave and the right analog sticks convex or visa versa or … wait … make ‘em both flat.
