New in-game APB video – 20 minutes from Dave Jones’ Develop keynote
Here you go. Get the last 20 minutes from Dave Jones’ keynote from Develop this morning, in which he talked exclusively about APB, after the break.
There’s tons of new game footage in there, a look at the title’s ridiculous music system, everything he showed on character customisation and the new three-minute trailer. The one that made our hair stand on end.
Must-watch. It’s out early next year.

GGNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG. None of that is GAME FOOTAGE
It’s in game engine but it’s all still staged. And the video is old, it’s been on the APB site for a while.
I am FULLY ready to believe this game will be great WHEN they finally start showing people PLAYING THE GAME

It sounds like there’s a whole bunch of awesome concepts in APB and they keep saying about optimising the customisation data so that it works for the networking side but I’m still quite skeptical about how well this will all work when it comes together…
When do you expect we will start to see gameplay/closed Betas etc?
