Max Payne 3 is joint Rockstar Studios effort
While Rockstar Vancouver’s the primary developer for the upcoming Max Payne 3, other studios within the company are contributing to the game, the publisher said this morning.
The third in the bad-cop-bad-cop series releases for PC, PS3 and 360 this winter, and features an older Max whiling away the years in a gun-infested Brazil.

And i know now why Rockstar make PC port, because it is SHIT
Sorry not interesting, better buy Red Dead Redemption

I can see why it is a joint effort, someone was smoking one when they greenlighted this take on max payne.
