Depends on what else is going on to be honest. The new PEGI symbols shouldn't get held up in themselves, the issue is more when can they disregard BBFC ratings and that's only in the UK, not when they can use the coloured symbols for existing PEGI rating games in the UK or all of them in Europe. It could go either way, the issues could get quite thorny to sort out with the legislation or the Govt. could get it sorted quickly after the summer recess. The confusion seems to be that no one knows what the hell is happening in the UK between the announcement yesterday and when it actually comes into effect.
