A representative from Bethesda has confirmed to us that the version of Oblivion contained in upcoming bundle with BioShock is not the Game of the Year Edition.
Since both games were winners of the prestigious award, there was some confusion over whether Oblivion would include Knights of the Nine, Shivering Isles and the much loved Horse Armor.
But, no. It won’t. Bethesda said so.

Too bad. I’ve found that the GotY-edition is pretty hard to come by for Xbox 360.

With Bioshock and Oblivion GOTY edition being pretty heavily discounted on PC already on account of their age you could probably pick both up for the price of this bundle or less.
