That’s still a tiny fraction of the people who bought the first game. Seems most people are just happy to get more. Or don’t care either way.

That is what pc gamers do we boycott companies,when we are mad. Oh there is pc gamers that have boycott AMD too. Our new tactic is also to rent console games and consoles if the game is not found on our pc’s

we boycott the one starwars mmo

we boycott companies we don’t like. We don’t like something we don’t buy it. If we want something there ways of getting it. this is the first time the media has cought us in action,it’s nothing new really.

Well, if they get what they want, then fair play to ‘em, but only on the proviso that their request(s) are in line with previous Valve promises.

and please let me tell u what kind of ppl have joined that group. i know because i have a few friends who joined that group and i know what kind of people they r.
so, the members of the group r:
1. ppl who don’t play the game too much and don’t feel like they should spend so much money on a new one since they won’t play that one either. (i have friends who played the game for 2 hours TO not at all that r actually in that group..)
2. ppl who use lame tactics, as in, once they start a crescendo moment, they find the easiest spot to defend, some lame spot in general, and they just stay there until everything is over. these r usual really weak ppl who literally can’t play in any other way because they would get raped. inferior human beings obviously, who have no pride. since i’m not one of them, and since i love feasting on their kind, i’m going to enjoy playing vs them in l4d2. after all, i’ll already be used to the new type of gameplay since it’s what i do right now anyway
3. kids, because they have no idea wth is going on and need to join some group, any group that their friends invite them to
4. ppl like me who like to make fun of them, in their own group
and there u have it, the cream of the society, or so they like to call themselves,

um, sure, u also have 5. ppl that actually feel scammed for a good reason and who actually are intelligent human beings but these r really really too few to mention.

I’m a PC gamer but I don’t see the point of boycoting a game just because you’re not happy the way a dev treated the previous one.
Get a life, for christ sake. L4D2 is probably way better than the first one, in terms of graphs, campaigns, etc…

fallout is one of Ionic tittles for pc so microsoft knows we would have bought it. Also alot stuff went free windows live before some pc gamer went to game for windows live. Alot of pc gamer still think it sucks. Take a look at steam compared togame for windows live and it says alot.

Even 50,000 people out of a game that sold nearly 2 million is not “a lot”, by any stretch of the imagination. The petition will be forgotten within weeks, and Valve will be smiling away to themselves while a few million people buy the sequel, which will no doubt turn out to be a really good game anyway.
