Supreme Commander 2 – a screenshot
GPG’s released the first screen of RTS sequel Supreme Commander 2 – and here it is.
The game got a first trailer yesterday, which all came as a bit of a shock. We’re quite fragile, you know.
Square’s publishing it next year for PC and 360. It’ll be at E3 next week.

Absolutely sitting in quiet anticipation about this title in a series in which I have enjoyed immensely.

Still haven’t played Supreme Commander. I’m not sure I ever will, which is a shame. Next RTS for me is StarCraft, I reckon.

supreme commander had a lot going for it but never achieved the notoriety that TA did. it seemed to tail off unfortunately.
hopefully the sequel will be a classic and around for years.
screenshot looks good. just hope they take on all the feedback about where supcom needed improving.

There is a massive amount to improve on the originals TBH, but the map zooming and size of the battles were just something else.

I would jump in joy but I remembered that they’re probably not gonna release this game on PS3 like the previous title.
I specifically remember them saying the reason was because “The 360 has a bigger install base”.
Wonder what excuse they’ll come up with now. I loved Total Anihiallation as a kid.
