Ubisoft trademarks Killing Day

Ubisoft’s applied for a trademark for “Killing Day”, as you can see here.

What is it? Ubi showed the shooter in the Sony E3 press conference in 2005. It was reported shelved in 2006.

I thought this was just a renewal for the trademark rather than taking out a new one? In which case they could just be protecting the name ‘just in case’ rather than actively working on it.

I don’t remember it at all, tbh.
