BioShock 2 dated for US and Europe [Update]

Take-Two has just confirmed that BioShock 2 will release on October 30 in Europe and November 3 in the US.
The news comes from the publisher’s Q2 investor call.
Update – The company has just described these dates as “tentative” in a post-call Q&A.

Fucking Yaaaawn! I just don’t understand what the hype is behind this game.
Played the first one for 2hrs at most and fell asleep at the controller such was the utterly forgettable experience it proved to be. One I will definitely pass on the radar – unless your a PC gamer of course in which case it is probably worth your patience to play through.

to each their own, to me it was the best game of 2007 along with SMG
I’m skeptical on this sequel anyways

So it’s boring and forgettable unless you’re a PC owner, in which case it isn’t? That makes perfect sense.

it seems to me like he hated the control scheme, which was perfect on the box pad. Oh well.
