Kojima teaser site reveals another countdown

The Kojima teaser site finally switched around a bit, and after waiting around for the update, we were presented with yet another teaser.
The clock was reset, and now along with the flashing "S" or "5" there are the new letters and numbers "E", "3", and either a "q" or backwards "g", possibly a "9" or something else entirely.
We have no idea at this point.
All we know is that it's a countdown to a countdown of sorts. Wait til E3 basically.
