Terminator Salvation has install issues with PC version

terminatorsalvation2

Terminator Salvation was released today in North America and via Steam, but there seems to be install issues with the PC version purchased at retail outlets.

Over on the official Terminator forums, quite a few users are reporting an Installshield installation error with the majority unable to resolve the problem.

A workaround has been posted, and it appears to work for some, but others are still having issues.

No word yet if Steam users are having the same issues. We’ll keep you posted.

Thanks, Blue.

Did you know that this game is only about 4 hours long?

With no multiplayer.

Bethesda at least knows (or rather did know) how to make a good Terminator game!

Avoid Buying this game like the Plague!!!! It is just under 4 hours long, Like 3.5. AI is horrible, once you duck behind cover the Terms think you just vanished and start shooting at NPC’s. Shortest Movie game in HISTOLA!!! Might be worth a buy at $10.00 buckaroo’s US but NO way pay full price for this Game that is shorter then the Movie (with commercials, and previews included..ROFL) But Why is this Game 3.5 hours??? Only???
