Take-Two sues Apogee over Nukem delays

Take-Two’s filed a suit against Apogee for continually delaying Duke Nukem Forever.
The publisher is now $12 million to the bad after 3D Realms went bust, Forever never being delivered.
“Apogee continually delayed the completion date for the Duke Nukem Forever,” Take-Two said in the complaint.
“Apogee repeatedly assured Take-Two and the video-gaming community that it was diligently working toward competing development of the PC Version of the Duke Nukem Forever.”

Ah, so 3D Realms is part of Apogee…the plot thickens.

3d Realms was *always* part of Apogee – there’s no surprise there.
DN4 really needs a console release – please make it happen, Take 2!

Scott Miller sounds angry about this, I sense a “Take Two should STFU imo” vibe again:
But, we cannot talk yet. We will, soon…

I think this is because Take-Two doesn’t want 3DRealms selling the game to someone else.
