Over 20% of Japanese population owns a DS

According to figures released by Nintendo today, one of every five Japanese people owns a DS.

The company has sold 26.1 million units in the nation, to a population of 127 million.

It’s probably much lower, since I’m sure that not every single one of those sales is to a completely different person.

I’ve bought 3 over the years, for example…
