Valve apparently weren't pleased with the final figure but accepted it because they'd agreed to the arbitration process, but then Activision decided they'd already overpaid Valve in the past so paid back less than the agreed amount. As that means Activision are not complying with the arbitration terms Valve can sue them again. It was.
