GDC: Live from Peter Molyneux’s session!

petermolyneux3

Why not? The Lionhead boss has already said he’s not going to announce a new game at GDC this year, but he’s always worth watching.

Who knows? He’s British Development’s greatest showman, and he may well talked about the Fable II DLC he confirmed yesterday, named See the Future.

You never know until you know.

Anyway. Get it all after the link. It runs from 2.30pm-3:30pm PST. That’s 9.30pm-10.30pm GMT.

“Making DLC gives them less time to do experiments.”

Don’t do DLC then, I won’t miss it. :)

Peter you are stupid, contextuality is killing expression in the inetractive medium.

That’s not innovative, Ubisoft have been boring us with context sensitivity for years.

Context sensitive actions can be amazing when used right. Look at mad world and it’s environment based kills, that’s what it should be.

Nah, I am just joking Hunam. Well to an extent, I don’t mind if it happens in fable or or anything, I just don’t want it happeneing in all games.

It’s what the developer intends afterall right?

I just don’t fully agree with contextual expression being the best way.

Hunam, I agree it can be cool, I actually loved in in Chaos Theory so we can agree. I just had to disagree with you on us not agreeing.

“The idea came from wanting to apply ageing to every person in Fable.”

That would have been very cool.

Worst thing? He’ll say,’ PUD, you’re blacklisted from buying any of my games’.

And I’ll say, that’s okay Pete, I understand.

A game with generally positive reviews that made Ubisoft an absolute ton of money and was able to keep the company afloat single handily for months after it’s release.

If only all farces were like that!
