Nintendo brings Rhythm Heaven by the MTV offices

Nintendo stopped by the MTV offices recently and brought along its upcoming DSi/DS game, Rhythm Heaven.
You can witness Stephen Totilo's humiliation after the jump. It's followed by actual gameplay footage once you get past all the yelling. Not much of it though.
Game's out April 5 for DS.
If this is any indication of the game, you will be annoying your neighbors in no time. Maybe that's the point.
