Don’t panic: PSN is down for maintenance

psnlogogo1b

You can rest easy, your PS3 is not broken, your NAT settings are fine, and you need not restart your router. If you’re having logging in to PSN, it’s because it’s down for maintenance.

No idea what kind of refurb work we’re dealing with, or how long it will last, but it’s down, not up, and you’ll just have to wait until it is.

When it’s up again, we’ll let you know.

But you probably can’t play online.

And I can’t work Gran Turismo when I am not signed in. For some reason, and it’s still working.

As are the rest of my PSN games, notably Flower. Pat why do you get press copies of games, when you never review them?

That’s strange, I was just playing Gran Turismo. I Don’t think it connected, but you can still play it… Unless you’re referring to online modes, which I’m not sure about.

Maybe it is just region sensitive maintenance.
