rockband

Viacom-owned Harmonix has sued Konami over Rock Revolution, claiming the game infringes patents related to music game controllers, Bloomberg reports.

The complaint, filed in Boston yesterday, seeks cash compensation and a block on sales of the Konami game.

Konami sued Harmonix and New York-based Viacom in July, claiming Rock Band infringes two of its patents for simulating musical instruments.
